GOLESSL or Gestión de Obras, Licitaciones, Estudios y Servicios, S.L. (Construction Management, Tendering, Studies and Services, Ltd.) is a company created with the experience accumulated over many years in the building industry.

Our commitment to customers is the basis of our daily work, and the main target is your satisfaction with the final result achieved.  We perform an 'Integrated Construction Management Process' (from the starting idea, passing by the choice of plot, local or flat, to the project writing, contract signature, the execution and legalisation, until the delivery ready to use), or, if desired, we carry out only some of its phases within the overall necessary coordination.

We are PMP® (Project Management Professional) certificated by PMI (Project Management Institute) so we are able to conduct project with this methodology.
