G.O.L.E.S., S.L. conducts the integrated management of each building and construction works in all their facets, according to the requirements of each respective individual client. GOLES, SL. execute many kinds of rehabilitation works, including historical buildings protected by Heritage Laws, structural reinforcement and repairs on old wooden and steel structures. We also work as tendering assistants, or if needed, as advisors thus, performing analysis, studies and supervision of works of public or private developers. We execute construction management and its execution as independent technicians (Architect & Technical Architect), reviewing quantities and quality of works and materials, costs, H&S, time, etc.
