Refurbishment Betis 49

This project took place at Calle Betis, in Sevilla.
This street has one of the most beautiful views of  the city.

The appartments have terraces overlooking the river Guadalquivir wich has a park on the Triana side, and on the opposite  bank we have the Torre del Oro, Cathedral with Giralda tower, and the Bull Ring "La Maestranza".


With a very tight Budget, were required to complete building refurbishments to turn Office Spaces into two separate appartments, ready for rent or lease.
We also managed further works including the supply and installation of light fittings, wooden blinds, etc.

The Design was carried out by Sección B Arquitectura, and has proven to be satisfactory to the client, given de restrains in budget and time.
