Refurbishment DC 52
This project was one of our most enjoyable due to the high end design of the architects that the client selected, who contacted us because of the complicated design involved.
A complete refurbishment of the property was required and involved two old apartments being transformed into one larger apartment.
The project required a complete rebuilding that included structural reinforcement.
All new services needed to be completed, centralised AC (cooling and heating), plumbing including bathroom, a kitchen, a toilet, and a complete new electrical system was also installed.
New PVC windows were installed with high insulation together with double glazing.
All finishing were of the highest quality as you can see from the pictures below, from the outstanding oak flooring to the porcelanic tiles in the bathroom. The transparent shower also required glass mosaic tiles and fitting of a waterproof glass frame.
