International Clients - Self development process
Your dream house in Spain

If you are interested in building your dream house in the South of Spain, we can help you through the whole process, which includes the following steps: 

1.- Selecting a Plot...

Our company will assist the client in selecting a suitable plot to build on.  We create a report with three or more choices depending on the attributes which each individual client requires.

Respectively, each plot within the report will be analysed with pros and cons and recommendations, so that the client can come to a decision on a preferred plot.

The legal management processes will be undertaken by GOLES, SL and due to our procedures of constant communication with the town halls within individual locations, we have a 100% guarantee that the plots we suggest will be legal for the building and construction work that the client requires. 

2.- Project Work...

At this stage of the process, our architects, after various drafts and meetings with you, will be capable of designing the home of your dreams, tailored to your strict tastes and budget, being GOLES capable of delivering a fixed cost for your home. All this process will be scheduled previously by our company, in order for you to organise.

fter this stage, the writing of the Project and drawing of plans and legal documents are developed in order to be presented to the town hall for Permit acceptance.  For permission of the plans, it generally takes no longer than three months to complete.

A fee to present the plans to the town hall is required, which usually varies from 2% to 5% of the building construction cost, and this is to be paid by the client, but will be processed by GOLES, SL.

3.- Building and Construction Work...

After the Building Permit has been Issued and the writing and drawings of plans and legal documents has been completed, we act as a contractor to ensure that the construction of your project runs smoothly and effectively. 

We work on a fixed cost basis, which will be entailed within a construction contract which requires interim monthly payments.

If any changes are required by either the client or the architect then these will need to be agreed on.
